A client came to us with interior design plans to remodel their existing bathroom. The designer firm was SERIOUSLY HAPPY HOMES. Their plans were clear and specific, which is always a plus for us.

Our client signed our Professional Service Agreement (see our earlier blog article on PSAs) and we got to work preparing a detailed fixed-cost proposal, which they accepted. You can see the results here:
