Bathtubs and Showers
Snowridge has designed and built custom bathrooms for years. We’ve installed a modern Japanese bidet in a 100-year-old farmhouse bathroom, and
expanded existing half baths into full bathrooms with walk-in closets. We’ve designed to accommodate aging owners and handicapped folks. We’ve built additional baths for growing families.
Our project manager Chuck and project coordinator Reginy use our unique estimating system designed to keep you within your budget.
Our goal is to save you (and Snowridge!) time, money, and frustration.
Here’s how it works:
After our initial meeting with you, we give you a High-Low estimate, which is a range of cost based on our years of experience. If you feel comfortable within that budget number, and you like working with us so far, we carefully build your new bath remodel project on paper. Please note this process takes time and resources, and that we charge a flat hourly fee. Based on your material and design choices, we provide a fixed-cost proposal that includes the necessary permits, material specifications, labor and any other costs.
This development work helps both you and Snowridge. It reduces the change of dreaded change orders and material back orders. You know what to expect and the development work we’ve done helps to make the construction process flow more smoothly.
We can work with your architect or one of our favorites, EK Architecture. For fixtures, we like to work with Ferguson. Both our designer and supply partners can meet you personally if you like. We also have a team of trusted subcontractors whose work we know and respect.
During construction, we use our own project managers and experienced carpenters to work on your home. We use plastic zip walls with air cleaning system and ram board floor protection to keep your house as safe and clean as possible.
Going through a bath remodel can be challenging for a homeowner. Our project development system can alleviate some of the stress.
